Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BrittonGarrett LLC (“we”) handles information on AgentBoard (agentboardai.app). It is the privacy policy for this Service. Our company site at brittongarrett.com has its own policy.

1. What we collect

• URLs you submit: the host, optional category, and the public pages we fetch to score it.
• Public crawl data: status codes, headers, and body excerpts of public files (llms.txt, well-known JSON, OpenAPI, and similar). We store the resulting score, grade, and check notes.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive payment status, amount, a Stripe session or payment id, and whatever billing details Stripe shares with us (often an email and billing country). We do not store full card numbers.
• Board activity: view counts and click counts on redirect links.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, and timestamps in server logs, used to operate, rate-limit, and secure the Service.

We do not require an AgentBoard account or password.

2. How we use it

• to publish public scores and keep the board accurate
• to process payments and fight fraud and chargebacks
• to operate, debug, and protect the Service
• to meet legal and tax obligations

The board is public. Your URL, score, grade, category, and check notes are visible to anyone, including agents.

3. Processors

Stripe processes payments. Vercel hosts the app. Neon (or another Postgres host we configure) stores site and payment records. Those providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

The site is designed to work without an account. Hosting and checkout may set cookies required to run the page or complete Stripe checkout.
