Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BrittonGarrett LLC (“we”) handles information on AgentBoard (agentboardai.app). It is the privacy policy for this Service. Our company site at brittongarrett.com has its own policy.

1. What we collect

• Listing data you submit: the URL, the bid amount, and the season it applies to.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive payment status, amount, a Stripe session or payment id, and whatever billing details Stripe shares with us (often an email and billing country). We do not store full card numbers.
• Board activity: click counts when someone uses our redirect links.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, and timestamps in server logs, used to operate and secure the Service.

We do not require an AgentBoard account or password.

2. How we use it

• to put your listing on the public board and keep rank accurate
• to process payments and fight fraud and chargebacks
• to run the limited #1 ads described in the Rules if you finish #1
• to operate, debug, and protect the Service
• to meet legal and tax obligations

The board is public. Your URL, rank, and amount paid this season are visible to anyone, including agents.

3. Processors

Stripe processes payments. Vercel hosts the app. Neon (or another Postgres host we configure) stores listing and payment records. Those providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

The site is designed to work without an account. Hosting and checkout may set cookies required to run the page or complete Stripe checkout.

5. Retention

We keep payment and listing records as long as needed to run seasons, handle disputes, and meet accounting and legal requirements.

6. Your requests

Email help@brittongarrett.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion of personal data we can delete. We may retain records we need for disputes, fraud prevention, and law. Public board history may remain where it is part of a completed season’s record.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. Do not pay or submit listings on behalf of a child.
